Partly Cloudy - known as Cloudy - is a large pony, about 10-12 years old, who we accepted to Mylestone to prevent his going to auction. We wanted to help his young owner, under 18 years old, who was trying to do the right thing in the face of family financial difficulties. Cloudy is a very handsome fellow. His former vet felt he had a pinched nerve which is evidenced by the way Cloudy carries his head, and how he turns without bending his neck. He was also too thin and had not gotten farrier care in a while. He has a brand on his right shoulder where there is also arthritis and enlarged muscles. He shows signs of having been abused in the past by someone, seemingly not the owners who surrendered him to Mylestone. He now spends his days with his devoted gal pal Josie. They are inseparable!
